EXIT CLEAN - There is an exit cleaning fee associated with all bookings - this is quoted at time of enquriy and dependant on number of guests and time of year.
BOOKING/SERVICE FEE - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking. A Welcome Pack & Gift is left for your arrival and we are only a phone call away during your stay if needed.
LINEN - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are provided for all bookings and are included in your service fee. You can HIRE bed linen (sheets & pillowcases),bath towels and flannels to make your packing up easier ! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking if you wish to HIRE LINEN so we can organise for you - otherwise BYO Linen. .
