How much does it cost?
All costs are noted on the website against each property, rental is usually minimum of 2 nights, weekly, fortnightly, monthly and semi long term.
When do we have to confirm and pay?
Confirmation is made once bond amount has been paid between $350 - $500. Rental is in addition to the bond and is due prior to your arrival. Dates are specified on your booking forms.
How can we pay?
Payment can be made by way of cheque or direct bank deposit. No credit card option is available at this time.
What do we need to do when we leave?
Remember to leave property in a reasonably clean and tidy manner. There is a departure checklist left in our Welcome Packs in every home for you to read over. There are additional fees that can be charged if the proerty is left otherwise untidy.
What do we need to take?
Majority of properties are BYO linen and other items are noted if they are not available at property eg, gas bbq or outdoor furniture. Items available for use are listed on inventory provided upon booking.
When can we go in?
Times and dates are all noted clearly on your booking form and should be followed promptly to avoid embarressment.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required, however bond is taken as noted above.
How many people can stay?
Only the maximum amount of people allowed to stay noted on your booking form (as informed at the time by the booking agent). Local operators do drive-by checkups to ensure numbers are not breached, fees are charged for any overstayers and eviction can be enforced if necessary.
Can we put up a tent?
No tents - unless previously arranged with agent and owner
Can we bring a dog?
No pets - unless previously arranged with agent and owner, some properties do allow them.
What if we break something?
If it is a minor item, eg mug or plate, it should be noted on the Bond Release Form that is signed by occupant on departure. Anything more major should be phoned through to agent asap.
