Fabulous 4 bedroom holiday home on Ocean Road just across the road from the Tuati Street beach access - walk out the front door , across the road and dive into the beautiful Ohope sea - WOW life doesnt get much better than that!!

Well planned home that has washhouse full of toys and extra toilet. Open plan kitchen, dining & living area is the hub of the home that has great indoor / outdoor flow to decks with seaviews and North facing so long summer evenings can be enjoyed out here.
4 bedrooms - double off lounge area by kitchen, other 3 bedrooms off lounge/small hallway down the other end of the lounge. Master bedroom has Queen bedroom and ensuite with hand basin, shower & toilet. Bedroom 3 has two king single beds and bedroom 4 has a king single bed with a king single rollaway underneath (single).
Another bathroom has shower & vanity. There is a seperate toilet in house and extra toilet off laundry/ storage area off kitchen/dining.(3 toilets)
Fully equipped kitchen so you can cook up a storm if not out on the deck on the BBQ. Walk in pantry and fridge/freezer allocated to guests.
Decent sized lounge area which is the hub of the house - open plan with dining & kitchen - has doors that open out onto the deck (seaside) which offers great indoor / outdoor flow. Flat screen TV with freeview with 2 couches ( one of which iopens to double sofabed) and chair.

SERVICE FEE - The service fee supports the unique personal service that the KBHH team provides to all our guests booking one of our homes. All our homes are inspected, cleaned and serviced prior to your booking. A Welcome Pack & Gift is left for your arrival and we are only a phone call away during your stay if needed.

LINEN - Bathmats, Hand towels and tea towels are provided for all bookings and are included in your service fee. You can HIRE bed linen and bathtowels for an extra $20/person to make your packing up easier ! Please confirm at time of enquiry/booking so we can organise for you.
BYO Linen unless hired linen is organised with KBHH. .
GROUP BOOKINGS/ BUSINESS GROUPS - For special group bookings/ business groups during the year a quote will be supplied to include exit clean, linen & service fee.
